For 2 weeks now I've been begging for help. The Internet Data on the UNLIMITED promotion doesn't work and they're just ignoring me, saying technical department will call me and it's been two weeks already. Every time I check they just just say the same but NOT TECHNICAL call comes!!
I think TELKOM is taking on more than they can handle. They are out to hurt the other service providers by recruiting customers and are unable to provide backup service.
