FALSE ADVERTISING BY TELKOM failing to delive

Many people all over South AFrica are complaining about the poor Internet connection they receive. One of their technicians called on my at my residence and informed me that they THROTTLE DOWN the internet speeds of people to accommodate the great number of people they are recruiting!!!

I am paying for internet services which I am simply not getting. They should advertise their internet connection rate as EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNDER 1MB PER SECOND. That is what we get. Fluctuating between 100kbs to 980kbs. At certain intervals they throttle it up a little and then it runs above 1 Mbps.

This is as they cannot provide what they promise to deliver for the MONEY they TAKE from the public.
If we all stand together we will be able for FORCE their SHARE prices down on the JSE Stock Exchange and get their bottomline earnings figures down. This may help them understand that FALSE ADVERTISING doesn't pay in the long run.
They customers away from service providers like VODACOM, MTN and VIRGIN MOBILE only to get their own figures up and then don't care about service.
The only good service they provide is very fast CALL CENTRE ACTION but that is where it ends. Technical
