FNB complains

Dear Sir/Mam
I formally lodge a complaint against the outcome of my claim (665995).
On 07/01/2014 I submitted a claim at FNB insurance for my LCD TV. After numerous telephone calls, I was told to take the TV to a repair centre for a damage report.
On 10/01/2014 I emailed and fax the damage report to Nomonde Zakhe at FNB insurance, only to be told that I am not covert for accidental damage for my household goods.
I am very aggrieved at FNB insurance, based on the fact that I was not informed that accidental damage was an optional choice on the policy. I was under the impression that it was included in my cover. I am also upset about the fact that the agent did not bring this to my attention the time I sign up with FNB insurance.
I feel it is unfair to me as a customer of FNB insurance not to enjoy all the benefits available to me. I also feel that if according the my current policy schedule I am not cover for accidental damage to my household goods that it was the duty of the agent to inform me about this the time I signed up with FNB insurance.
