I ordered a Blackberry 9720 over the phone for an upgrade . the call centre person then sent me an email with a quotation to fill in as I did and send it back too her with a copy of my ID .
She promised me that the phone will be delivered to my place of work witch is 1.4km away form Vodaworld the next day as I placed my order before 12 am.
All this took place 2-3 weeks ago??? what happened to their promise of next day delivery???
Very disappointed in them, I've been a client for 10 years and now this is how they treat me! I've since move on form them to a new service provider.
