First of all i have iburst, online they have a contact form you can fill in for call back, i have tried this call back form but no iburst consultant phone back! a week or so i tried to upgrade my iburst online from 10gb to max 25
a box popped up "the new package will be in affect immediately" but it wasn't so i tried again, same thing happend. so i phoned iburst because i know they wont phone there clients back. i was talking to a lady explaining to her what happend, she said to me she can see i tried to load it twice and she will fix it for me. 5 min later my new package was loaded, but 2 days after i hade 75gb. i will not pay for this extra 50gb i havent use any of it so pleas take your 50gb back iburst. hopefully you will reply now after i had to come to hello peter.
