Well where do I start- this is my second time on Hello Peter for the same problem and I have posted on Facebook. I have filled in at least 4 network sheets and guess what, nothing has happened at all!! no feedback, no nothing!!
How can a service provider do this! - I cannot go through my daily activities without my phone as it is a key essential to my business as I am in sales. I cant have a full conversation with someone without the call dropping, I cant make calls most of the time. I actually have tried to learn to live with it by only using landlines etc.. but that doesn't work all the time and I really shouldn't have to.
I pay my monthly fee every month and expect a service and I don't get it. My daily life is becoming even more stressed because of this problem, its not easy closing clients from this, I am loosing money from Cell C's problem. if it was a once off thing I would say ok but this is daily!
Cell C please do something!
