Consistent services from cell c. Upon reporting issues to the call centre all I ever heard was we are experiencing huge issues on the network and getting pushed back to Nashua Mobile who directly says that "Cell C has over Sold their Product and cannot support the load" how can you sell me this contract if you had no confirmation of providing a service (I would not even call this a service). ALAN KNOTT-CRAIG has made a statement that Vodacom is dropping Cell C calls. THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM. The agreement was you provide me a service and I pay for it. YOU CELL C have not kept to your side of the agreement and I still continue to pay for a SO CALLED service which I DO NOT receive.
Issues experiencing
o No network between 6pm-10:30 daily in any area
o Unable to use any of the Smart phone features because there is no network ( @ this moment it's like I have a Nokia 3310 and not a blackberry bold 9900 and paying an outrageous amount for the basics.
o Dropped calls Intermittently
o Any out of city areas (SOS) dead network ..so no navigational service. If I'm lost I guess I'm lost!!!
I would like a calculated reimbursement from the start date of this contract.
