Should have known bette

Every single time i upgraded with Cell c there was a problem, now there is a problem with my phone dropping calls and not getting the data it needs, so what was the point of me waiting for cell c to get an i phone, and to be the loyal customer who stays with a losing company for 12 years?!?

I phoned the call center and guess what, halfway through my conversation the call drops,! yes mr operator thats the problem.

Then i finally get through to the new operator and i get to speak to Sam, who i think is just glad to be there, who seems to be un aware of any data problems, maybe he should be allowed to surf facebook and he would see the responses there, its always great as a customer to have to tell the service provider they're not providing the service, shouldn't they tell me there's a problem, when i first took the 50 contract it had a data promo of 350mb date, yet they tried to me out of 300 meg saying there was no such promo, i had to send them a picture of your own website to show you that the promo was there, and to this day i only hope that i get this data? What do i need to do? i cant cancel this contract because then i must pay in, yet Cell C doesn't care, its ove
