My husband emailed the MTN customer care on 25 September to request that his conttract be terminated and his number be reverted to PREPAID as the 2 year term was up, however they were still debiting his account. He only received a response on 30 October to inform him that his number has been cancelled!! Now he cannot make or receive any calls. Which part of "cancel my contract, revert my number to prepaid, stop debiting my account, and refund my monies" did they not understand??? PLEASE, I need this to be rectified TODAY! He cannot make or receive any phone calls, and has no BIS.
