Daily between 10 -15 calls if mine I have to call back due to bad line or cell c just dropping my call this even happens to landlines best of all this even happened 3 times with cell c customer call centres. Cell c is committing day light. This is extremely frustrating I stay and work in a are with great reception so there is no excuse.
I changed from Vodacom to cell c but now really regret it.
BAD SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS CANT GET HOLD OF ANYBODY...
