I am one of Afrihost clients since almost of the inception of the company. All I want now for 2 days is a bulk email add-on provided by Afrihost. Everytime I call and ask support to set it up for my Company they send the price structure. I even phoned Peter Donovan, that is a manager at Afrihost, to lodge a complain. However he decided it is to the best interest of his employer to put the phone down in my ear. After that action I phoned the switchboard again and ask to speak to the director, but they just not answering their phones. I strongly recommend everybody not to make use of their services.
