My last report I included that the telkom pole in my yard was falling over. This has been ongoing since 18th September when our lines went down. Eventually last week Wednesday Telkom came and replaced the pole. We were told the same day that the person responsible for the lines would come and get us connected. More than a week later we are still waiting. My husband received a call the other night about our lines. He told the person that it is now getting ridiculous and maybe we should look at another service provider. The telkom employee replied that we should dial 10210 and choose option 5 to cancel our contract with Telkom. I could not believe that this is how they speak to their customers. It is now getting ridiculous.
