Sunday 1 Sept - reported telephone pole fallen over in high winds. The pole ripped a section of our roof off and our phone lines are pulled very tight. Could lose them at any time. Spoke to Christina in call centre. Ref number: 90877-44-01-09-13
Was assured that technicians would come out on Mon to fix. It is now Tue at 4.15 and we have not seen a technician and have been given the run around by the Telkom call centre for 2 days. I have spoken to Patricia, Rekiloe and Sboshie. All have assured me that technicians will come.
No-one understands that if the pole falls over any more [at the moment it is being held up by trees] then the rest of our roof will come off, we will lose our phone lines [which are business lines] and someone could be hurt or even killed by the falling pole.
Horrible, shocking slow and uncaring service from Telkom. I was going to get ASDL through Telkom - forget it now! I am so disappointed that customers are given the run around and treated in such a disdainful manner.
