No response in 3 months!!!

I contacted Telkom 3 months ago about removing a pole that is on my property and is falling over. I was given the reference/fault number 4501948. Please note that I do not have a Telkom line in my house, I am not a customer, and yet your pole is on my private property!
I have called the call centre several times since and I am always told that someone will contact me.
To date, no one has contacted me.
This pole is falling over. The telephone lines are resting on the wall. I fear the pole will fall over and land on my house or my wall and cause considerable damage. It needs to be removed immediately!!
