I would love to extend my property to accommodate my entire family but cannot do so because in the middle of my yard is a Telkom pole which i have tried for a while now for Telkom to remove. Last week 21 January spoke to SB'u and i'm still waiting on his sms -spoke to Lerato who gave me a reference number ADIALOGUE 833987the call centre agent then told me when i followed up on the 29th that i will be charged for the removal of the pole and the best of all the pole in the yard feeds my neighbours who has telkom lines but now want me to pay for the inconvenience they casued to me, does this sound normal? The call centre is pahthetic even if you call at 08h00 in the morning you still have to wait for almost 30 minutes Pathetic i say
