On the 5th of December, I lodged a billing dispute with Autopage, reference number316274.
To date, no one from Autopage have called to address the issue.
However, they are regular as clock work with the monthly.
I have used Wi-Fi hotspots from my home computer and other contract phone, however, my data has been billed.
This type of service is unacceptable.
However, when my credit card had changed and payment did not go through, Autopage sent messages and even called for me to make payment.
I wish the can give the same attention to a customer complaint.
