I was called by a person from Nashua Mobile - first on my personal mobile phone and a few minutes later on my company's landline. Neither of these numbers are available freely on the internet leading me to believe that Nashua has purchased them from someone - perhaps my existing mobile operator. The Nashua employee proceeded to offer me a new contract which i was not interested in. Once I made it clear that I was uninterested (without being rude) the employee hung up half way through a sentence.
Nashua this is not the way to win clients. 1) Use their personal contact details obtained through underhanded means 2) Bother them during working hours 3) Deal with them in a rude manner.
