Notice of Termination

Notice was given on 2012/10/31, but amount still went through bank account 31/12/2013 - went to the Cell C shop (MALL@REDS) yesterday and was informed the the cell number is still active. I did this termination on behalf of my brother who is very ill and lost his job - this will now result in paying an additional R435.00
