I have been a customer at Autopage for many years. In March (the first week) I went into the Kenilworth Centre branch to upgrade my sons contract and ordered a 16 gig white iphone 5 on a Cell C contract. I am still waiting for this phone to arrive!
I have complained on Autopages website, called the store almost weekly and even the head office but no one can tell me why I have not received my phone after so long. I don't know how this company stays in business with its bad service and lack of customer care. It is disgraceful. What am I suppose to do?
