I cannot believe that MTN can advertise the lauch of the new Samsung S4 and they dont have stock for two weeks??? I pre-ordered my S4 way in advance from the MTN website. Got a quick sms to say someone will contact me. Still waiting for that call??
I then decided to visit all the major MTn stores in CT cbd area. Gave my name up at 5 outlets on their waitng list. Tyger Valley promised me I will get one by Tuesday tis week. No call received yet. As a business contract cleint for more than 14 years they can give us the first option on a upgrade when a new produst is launched.
I call Vodacom yesterday and 4 outlets have stock??? What the?? really??? Really shocking that you guys are obviously not prepared for this new launch.
Please call me when you have stock of the black S4. Starting to reconsider if I am with the right service provider.
