On Monday 6th Jan I went to the Vodacom shop in Kenilworth to open my THIRD Vodacom contract. I bought a I phone on contract and I asked Igshaan Simpson to please convert my prepaid number to contract. He said he would do it. On Tuesday my number was still not working and I could not use the phone. I returned to the shop and was informed that Igshaan was off and another salesman tried to help me. He showed me the contract forms and informed me that Igshaan did not complete the forms correctly. So this salesman then filled out the forms and said that all will be fine within 24hours!!! The next day still nothing working I return once again to the shop and Igshan is working. I inform him about what the salesman says and Igshans response is"he is new and doesn't know what he is talking about". Igshan does another sim swop and says it will be working within 24 hours!!! On Thursday-still not working!!! I call his boss-Natalie Isaacs. It is now Saterday morning and my number is still OFF!!! This is my number that I use for business and I have been at work till 3am this morning replying to emails cos my number is OFF. I have lost a lot of business this week and spent money on calls!!!
