I was dissappointed in the lack of after sales service and service delivery promises by Hitech cars. I recently purchased a vehicle and service was 110% leading up to the sale, but once the sale went through and payment was made for administration costs, license and registration, we never heard from them again and never received our license disc or number plates. After 3 emails, which went ignored by both the salesman and the finance manager, we were notified that we should arrange this ourselves and they will refund us. With only 24 hours to spare until our temporary registration expired, we had to do all the running around to arrange our permanent license disc as well as get our license plates printed at our cost which we had not budgeted for. After complaining by telephone to the salesman, they basically said there was nothing they could do and we should arrange everything ourselves. My complaint is why didnt they tell us upfront that we needed to pay and arrange this and that the costs we paid excluded this. Salesman are all the same - will offer you the world until they get the sale, but after that they couldnt give a if you are happy or not and just take your money.
