I am trying to port in to vodacom. Apparently my number has to be archived first. I was at the vodashop in eastgate yesterday and was assisted by zamani, he said it would be sorted out today. Today i am back and it still hasn't been archived. This to me is unacceptable, i am a new customer and should be prioritised. The notio that one has to wait so long for such a lack lustre excuse is unacceptable. He was apparently in contact with pinkie to do the archiving and both employees didn't seem to be too concerned to assist me adequately. This is not the service i aspect from south africas largest network!
