I had a 24 months phone contract with cell c about 8 years back and i paid it in full for that 24 months and it was a debit order from my account, so even after 24 months the debit oeder stopped to show that the i do not owe anything anymore, now after so many years they send me an sms that states that there's legal action against me about cell c account and i owe them R3, 963.98. Can you please help me to resolve this matter with cell c, what exactly am i owing cell for because the service i had with them i paid it in full.
