The first time I notified MTN of this matter was 28 August 2013. Two weeks later the matter is still unresolved.
You have no right to be calling yourselves a "customer service" area because you are failing in all respects.
I expect a response in the next 24 hours or you can consider me a disgruntled customer who will be looking to cancel their contract at the earliest opportunity.
