I have tweeted a complaint against MTN with regards to the airtime that keeeps vanishing. I was not happy with the response and phoned 173. No luck there, I selected the option to speak to a consultant/agent and I got a pre record that states that all agents are busy and hung up! how can I get an explanation for this. I'm angry and frustrated. Please help. I GATHER MTN DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR PREPAID CUSTOMERS. I DESERVE BETTER
