Staff Socializing and not interested in sales!!!

I went into the upstairs Voda shop in the Cresta shopping mall. They have recently had a revamp and now their service has gone down the toilet. I walked in at 17:00 last night to process a sim swap for my recently upgraded contract. When I walked in I walked up to a group of 5 assistants and requested to have a sim swap completed. The guys were busy socializing and when I requested the sim swap every one backed off and tried to pass me over to one another as they did not feel like completing the transaction with me. No one was willing to assist me until I requested to speak to the branch manager. All of a sudden the group of 4 split up completely and sat at different sales desks asking me what I would like to have done. The manager was then called and one of the employees came out of the office to tell me that the manager is too busy speaking to their boss and she will be with me shortly. Not only did I just renew my contract last week but the Vodacom shop has clearly left me with a bad taste of Vodacom thinking that customer service is no longer needed with their clients??? Clearly a waste of the next 24 months with Vodacom!!! The manager did not even have the decency to speak to me.
