I called in on 16/01/2014 about 18:40 spoke to Devon whom I informed of the reason for my call, I wanted to do a sim swap advised Devon that I was not sure of all the info as I lost the sim about 2 weeks ago, he refused to do the sim swap after requesting to speak to a manager a spoke to a lady named Chantelle the supposed manager. After she requested the IMEI number of my cell phone she bluntly refused to do the sim swap yet I provided her with all the info she requested. Minutes later I call back in and speak to Andy who does the sim swap for me hassle free no stress no arrogance and no attitude with ease she assisted me.
I am totally disgusted in the service I received from Devon and the so called manager Chantelle who thinks they own Vodacom... one must log endless complaints before customers are taken seriously I would never recommend any one to Vodacom not in a split second
