Hi, on the 16th of this month I went to the above store and as I walked in the consultants were sitting in a group because it's not a busy branch. they looked at me as though I came to ask for a cup of coffee. I had to ask for assistance. I said I need to make a sim swap and the she just said "it's R105" as though if I don't have it I must go. but I didn't have my ID so obviously couldn't get it done. I then asked if they still have bundles on promotion, and she said yes, I requested for the prices she said to me I must look at the price list she pasted on the back of her computer which was the normal prices, I had to ask for the prices on special then she tells me. I purchased them and she just walked to the back office/kitchen and that was it. when I asked what time they close she said to me at 17:45, because at 18:00 they must be gone. the next day I went to Vodacom at wonderpark and got my sim swap done at the price of R39.00, I was very annoyed by Evodia when she told me how expensive it is.
this is the reason why we don't go to our local stores they just don't know what client service is. it's extremely poor.
