I have been with Altech for about 7 years.
Last year switch from Vodacom to Cell C and took an iPhone 4s on contract.
I live in Umhlanga Durban and the coverage for Cell C according to the map is sufficient everywhere I would be.
However my calls are being dropped mid call, it would go from full 3G signal to nothing and then drop call and take a few seconds to pick up signal again.
This would happen 4-7 times during one conversation resulting in several phone calls back and forth.
In my office I have full 3G signal however my whatsapp does not hold its connection to the network despite the full signal strength, this problem is not limited to my office but all over.
I am disappointed at the lack of network strength and plea you look into this problem as I am not the only one in my circle of friend whom experience this problem with Cell C specifically.
For good order I have done all updates for my phone and it has the latest iOS software loaded.
