I went to your website to login (and yes, I did create an account before) to register a company name but forgot my password.

So, I then clicked on the forgot password link but it didn't send me an email and I then called your call centre who also confirmed that the forgot password function doesn't work on your website (hmm... but anyways).

They then told me that I have to write a signed letter with my certified ID to request my password and send it to your info email address which I did 3 months ago.
I've been forwarding the same email for 3 months to you everyday but no reply!!

I tried calling you call centres everyday and after holding on for 15 minutes everyday no answer.

How am I supposed to register a company?
