I recently ported to Cell C and am having problems with Blackberry endlessly since the beginning of the year. Everytime it stops receiving and sending emails and renders my email address invalid. After validating my address it works only to stop again in a couple of days. When I phone the technical helpline they keep requesting the password to my email address so they can validate it on their side. I refuse to give my password to anyone for security issues and despite assurances that the call is recorded it does not bring me joy that the only solution to this problem which I have never had with either Vodacom or MTN on the very same and exact handset. It is totally unacceptable that you have total disregard for clients privacy by requesting their passwords and not providing an alternative solution which can put me at ease. Now I'm sitting with a recurring problem and all the call centre can tell me is that that is the best they can do and they can't offer me another solution.
