I have been a loyal client of vodacom since 2007 I have never missed a payment in 6 years. Saturday I discovered that I have been charged for bbm services since January, I upgraded to my S3 and advised the sales consultant I would no longer need the black berry service. I phoned customer service immediately on Saturday morning when I went thru my invoice and discovered this error, the gentleman advised me that the accounts department will contact me latest Tuesday, I'm still waiting for a phone call. I think that this is unacceptable lets face it if the tables where turned id be getting harassed by vodacom's creditors for payment. I would please like this matter resolved as soon as possible and I would like to be refunded no later then the end of this week. Reference for call made saturday morning 316240130
