Poorest Service Ever concerning Upgrade & Faulty S

Saturday Morning Vodacom just blocked my phone. I called customer service and was told that my account was speculate of & THEREFORE MY LINE WAS BLOCKED. I was advised to contact forensics to solve the matter, and they could not transfer my call. HOW WS I SUPPOSE TO CONTACT THEM IF PHONE IS BLOCKED. Three hours later i called in again to customer service & all of a sudden a different person assisted me in unblocking my line within 10minutes saying sorry that the problem was faulty vodacom system blocking my phone. INTERESTING that they could not resolve this the first time i called. Then this afternoon i tried to upgrade my phone and was told that i don't qualify for finance - FIRST TIME EVER - after being loyal vodacom customer for many years. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
