Vodacom is not delivering their part of our contract agreement. The reason for this is the poor and slow network called 3g in the Witbank Mpumalanga area. I am so tired of trying to enquire in store or phone the useless 111 nr.
Am I alowwed to cancell the contract, as you would if you didn't receive the service paid for.
I am sure that I am backed by a lot of other frustrated vodacom users, who would like vodacom to do something to improve on their product.
