I ordered a phone last week, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I called RTT, to no avail as I was flying to CT on Sat. I wasted almost 120rands on airtime being put on hold the whole time. After opening my box I found that I was given the wrong colour of the phone I ordered. I had no option but to use a phone I did not want because I had no SIM card as mine had already been ported to MTN and was inside the box. Pathetic service at its best
