Same issue as last month

Last month i received a call from Busi, she told me me account is up to date, yet this month my account has been paid, proof of payment were sent through, when i called them to re-activate my account i was told the my account in arrears.. but I've made payments... i am tired of the same thing every month!!! please can someone tell me whats going on AND ACTIVATE MY PHONE ACCOUNT!!!
