I'll keep it short... since the Merger I am unable to login to MTN Active. I use MTN Active to monitor my account, to try and prevent "Incorrect billing" that happened in the past.
When I called the callcentre I was told to email MTN Active and they will resolve it. Here are 2 reference numbers with no resolution...
