Despite my past bad experiences with CellC, i took a leap of faith & decided to take out another contract with them in 2011. I purchased a Blackberry Bold. Firstly I was guaranteed receipt of the phone in no less than a week, however I only received it 3 weeks after signing my contract & only because I kept going to the store (Pavilion). A few weeks later I began experiencing problems with the device. It kept freezing so I sent it in for repairs. It was returned a month later without being fixed. I sent it back in for repairs. When I called 2 weeks later to check on the progress, I was advised that the phone was never sent again. Upon speaking to the manager, I was advised that the consultant that I left it with, was not at work so they cant query it however they apologise for the inconvenience. You can begin to fathom my frustration at this point, so I went and picked up my phone and left. The phones functionality kept deteriorating. Now over a year later my phone refused to switch on so I tried once again to send it in to be repaired. This time it was the Sandton City branch. After 3 weeks of submitting the phone, I received a call from a women advising that my phone is
