My bb 9900's software has crashed. It was taken into Mtn boksburg's repair centre on 25/10/2013. Since handing my phone in I have received zero feedback from Mtn regarding the status of my phone. The toll free number is a joke, the response one gets is "call back later, we have nothing on our system regarding your phone, its booked in but that's all the information we have available for you."To date, I still don't know when my phone will be ready, maybe this week, maybe next week, maybe next month... who knows, I must just keep calling the toll free number and holding on.
