INCOMPETENCE OR LACK OF COMMITMENT?

I informed Customer Care on 28 Jan 13 that I would not be renewing my contract. They informed me that although my contract expires on the 2nd of the month, they would charge me for the full month and then refund me. In my mail I included all relevant detail i.e. 2 Cell C numbers and Acc number.

Too date I have not been refunded and get the standard "It has been escalated..." Yes, into oblivion.

I followed up on 1, 10, 17, 21 and 24 Oct 13 and yet nothing except "escalated"

Then I get on 21 Oct, we do not have your details! Huh? after all this time. Just go back to my email.

I cannot believe the incompetence. Maybe that it why they had a comedian running their ad campaign in the past, it was a laugh a minute.
