Incompetent service

Vodacom has failed dismally in providing service. I had called through for slight alterations in my contract and was told that my requirements would be met. They were not met at all. Everything was a mess. Eventually i decided to cancel the contract for which i was paying but in spite of this, received pathetic service. The staff are friendly and helpful over the phone, but somwehow over a period of two weeks nothing had been done to cancel the contract. I submitted everything through. I had to call vodacom and follow up! I had to basically beg them to cancel my contract!

I had to send things through again.
What company has a fax number and email addresses, but nothing goes through to them. What system is that?

This was the worst experience i have had with a service provider. I will change to another provider and encourage others to do the same! Vodacom offers alot, but when you require service, the company does not meet your standards.
