I have been with Cell C over 9 years now and has never been this unhappy with them, i will never atvice any one to go to CellC. it toke me 5 months to cancel a contract where they have lost my paper work and ask to re post all of them and if i dont follow up on it they dont do anything. Then i also have 3 different people telling me over the last 8 months different stuff about sim swaps, first i can do it to my new contract with a fee of R250, then i can but might not get the nr back and the its fine and will only cost me R50. SO i have asked for a sim swap and they never get back to me and if they do they dont leave a message asking to phone back or anything and they don't try to get hold of you again. then you have to go through the whole thing again.
