I have been billed on my MTN account by Mira Networks for a Vaaloo subscription initiated on the 13th July 2013. I have never used my cell to subscribe to any service. Currently I am busy corresponding with Vaaloo demanding a refund but they persists that I went through all the motions and confirmations to subscribe to their service. I intend laying a charge against Mira Networks.
