Good Day,

I signed up for a 3g card and laptop deal in August, the application was processed quickly and it was explained to me that I was on a 2gig p/m 3g contract that would cost -R200 p/m and once the limit had been reached I could use a voucher to topup as required

I have since received 3 statements, the ones for September and October segem to be correct but I am being charged R1200 for August.

Please can someone rectify this
