False advertising! Bad service!

On 24th December Leon Ras (Owner of Autopage) contacted me with regards to various complaints from myself - he promised me he'll phone me back.

A special deal, Anytime Topup, R99 deal unlimited BIS (August Killer Deal) was sold to me on the 22nd of August 2012 by a consultant Anestacia who over and over explained that BIS will be unlimited and included in the R99 special August deal.. My debit order varies every month, from R99 - R152 per month!!

Since then - I have phoned Autopage head office, Witbank Autopage branch and the owner Leon Ras, MANY times! NOTHING has been solved..

I have spoken to the owner Leon Ras on the 16/02/2012 who assured me that he informed head office to activate my BIS for free. He also promised me that he will phone me back and solve this problem.. I will wait and see if I'm going to wait another 2 months! Ref. for Call - P130216454

Can ANYBODY help me - a FALSE advertised package was sold to me, now my hands are chopped off, because I signed the falsely explained contract and I have NO control over my debit orders, Autopage are deducting the amounts that suits them, and I have to pay!
