On 11/06/13 I had a balance of about R241 and I bought a R49 100MB using USSD code *111#, I received an error message " connection error" and data was not credited but airtime was deducted. I immediatly phoned customer care and spoke to Kholiwe who advised that I need to wait 6 hours for the information to be updated. I phoned the following day & spoke to Mpho who advised that they are off line & assured me that someone will call me back, no one did. Again later I phoned at night and spoke Kashifa who I had to fight & still she was unable to provide feedback on what happened to my airtime. After fighting with her she gave me a reference number TS4BC-C810, no team leader wanted to take my call
I need my airtime back or data credited on my account.
Never experience such BAD service in my life
