I bout airtime a few minutes ago, a large amount, especially for my income bracket, and when I went to download data, it said I did not have the necessary funds, this was directly after buying the airtime, when I went to check the amount left I had less than half as my balance with no data. This is completely unacceptable, and i would like an explanation for this or a refund of the amount or my data loaded that I bought. I do not want an automatic response, I want action taken by close of business tomorrow (5pm).
