Dear Mantoa,

Thank you for your response. I appreciate you contacting me in this way. I would just like to state for the record that it is now Monday 28 October and I still have no phone and this matter has not been resolved in any way. What bothered me the most was the way that the grahamstown staff acted without any sense of urgency or any sense that I would obviously be incovenienced!

10 Oct - phone taken in
18 Oct - phone returned unfixed
19 Oct - phone taken in again
22 Oct - phone sent to the technician again (why the delay?)
28 Oct - Still now phone or any sense of when this will be resolved!

Aside from the fact that I have been paying my full monthly payment (about R550 pm), I still have no phone nor any other associated communication services. It has now been almost 3 weeks of this!

In particular, I am not even able to pay some of my bills because you need the phone for certain internet banking transactions which is becoming a serious problem for me!

This is costing me a lot of time and money! Please let me know asap how this can be resolved. I cannot be contacted by phone for the obvious reasons but I can be contacted via email on [email protected]
