I purchased R59 airtime on my Nedbank internet account for my blackberry BIS, the money went to Vodacom ON 25-10-13 and it was confermed by my bank. now there is no BIS on my phone and Vodacom says they have not received any money, but my bank and statements show it did go through. Im losing alot of bissiness and contacs because my BIS is not working. My number is 0837400063
